Four small steps. Five days. Fixed price.
Every project follows the same shape, whether it's a one-chair barbershop or a 200-review HVAC company. Most of your time is spent in steps 01 and 03; everything else is our job.

We design a preview.
Within 24–48 hours you'll see a real, live, responsive preview of your site — not a mockup, not a Figma file. Built around your actual photos, your actual services.

You approve, we refine.
Fifty percent deposit kicks off the build. Two rounds of revisions included. We'll swap photos, tune copy, adjust the palette — whatever it takes to feel like yours.

We launch in five days.
Final 50% due on launch. We handle the domain setup, the hosting, the Google Business Profile integration, the SSL — everything. You get the keys.

One-time project fees. Billed 50/50.
Every project is a flat, fixed fee — half due at signing to kick off the build, half due the day your site goes live. You own the site, the domain, and every line of code the moment the balance clears.

What small-business owners actually ask.
How long does a project take?
Five business days from the day your deposit clears, typically. A Premium site with extra pages and a photo shoot can take up to ten. If we ever can't hit the date, you don't pay until we do.
Am I locked into anything?
No. Every project is a one-time fixed fee. No retainers, no subscriptions, no "platform." When you pay in full, you own the domain, the site, and every line of source code. If you ever want to move hosts, we hand you the files and walk you through it.
What if I want changes later?
Two rounds of revisions are included before launch (three on Premium). After launch, edits are $50 each, or we'll give you clear step-by-step instructions to do them yourself. We'll never hold your site hostage.
Do you do hosting and email?
Yes. The first year of hosting and basic email forwarding is included. After that it's $9/month, or you can bring your own — we'll give you the files and walk you through the move.
Do I need to write my own copy?
No. Tell us your business in plain English — your services, your hours, anything you're proud of. We write every word of copy. You review and adjust; no blank pages, no "marketing fluff."
Who builds the site?
Reed Gershman, working out of Miami, FL. Every site is designed and built by hand, with obsessive attention to type, contrast, accessibility, and load speed. No offshore outsourcing, no page builders, no AI slop.
